One of the key activities of a patient organisation is to to develop content and information materials that is understandable and accessible, usually to a lay audience, but also targeted towards other actors in the healthcare system. Is is therefore helpful to understand the basic principles of good information, stylistic tipps, and the difference of generating content for online and offline media.
